Registration

Listed below are the registration forms for each program. Please click on the link to the program you are interested in and then print out the forms to complete at home. You can either mail them with the registration fee of $25 to Girls Inc. of Carpinteria, 5315 Foothill Road, Carpinteria, CA 93013, or bring them into the office at our facility. Scholarships are available for those who qualify. See our Scholarship Form.
